Guido Harari has become in the early seventies a photographer and music journalist, working with numerous magazines and record companies. Today it operates in the report, the institutional portrait, fashion and advertising, as well as signing the curating of exhibitions and books, of which even care by the time the entire project, from editing to graphic design.

He signed numerous album covers for international artists such as Kate Bush, David Crosby, Bob Dylan, BB King, Ute Lemper, Paul McCartney, Michael Nyman, Lou Reed, Simple Minds and Frank Zappa. In Italy he worked mainly with Claudio Baglioni, Andrea Bocelli Angelo Branduardi, Vinicio Capossela, Paolo Conte, Pino Daniele, Fabrizio De André, Eugene Kelly, Ligabue, Mia Martini, Gianna Nannini, PFM and Vasco Rossi.

It was also one of the curators of the exhibition of multimedia Fabrizio De André, produced by Palazzo Ducale in Genoa. Genoese artist, which for decades has been one of the photographers personal, devoted three books: "Fabrizio De André. E poi, il futuro" (2001), "Fabrizio De André. Una goccia di splendore" (2007 ) and "Fabrizio De André & PFM. Evaporati in una nuvola rock" (with Franz Di Ciocco, 2008).

His books include "Strange Angels" (2003), "The Beat Goes On" (with Wing Violence, 2004), "Chris!" (2006), "Mia Martini. L’ultima occasione per vivere" (with Menico Caroli, 2009), "Gaber. L'illogica utopia" (2010), "Quando parla Gaber" (2011), "Vinicio Capossela" (2012 ) and "Tom Waits" (2012).

In 2011 he opened in Alba, Piedmont, where she has lived for years, its a photo gallery, Wall Of Sound Gallery, devoted entirely to the imaginary music. In 2013 he was a guest of the exhibition "Outside The Wall", organized by the Floydseum in Padua, where he was able to photograph Mr Gerald Scarfe in person!

At San Gaetano together with the concert of Roger Waters, the cultural association Floydseum organizes his exhibition-event regarding Pink Floyd and the album "The Wall" until 28th July 2013.

Floydseum has new surprises for anyone who will visit the exhibition the last week. On Thursday 25th July at 6:00 pm a great guest arrives: Glenn Povey, music manager, tour agent and promoter, Pink Floyd fan but, above all, author of the most famous books related to English rock band like “Echoes”, “In the Flesh”, “Technicolor Dream” and “The treasures of Pink Floyd”. A man who collaborated with many great artists and wrote articles about Pink Floyd for music fanzines and magazines like Mojo and Record Collector. He is the best interpreter, with who revive the story and the collecting of Pink Floyd universe.

After the great success of the vernissage on Saturday 13rd July, the surprises of Outside the Wall has not ended!

In July, Padua revives the myth of the English rock band hosting Roger Waters’ concert and the monographic exhibition organized by Floydseum.

Passion and enthusiasm for "Floydian" collecting are still alive! 

As all-great things, at the end Outside the Wall ended Sunday 28th July the exhibition closed after two weeks of great activity, many famous guests and 4.000 visitors.

We thank Glenn Povey, who wowed fans on Thursday 25th July. A man devoted just to Pink Floyd, as he remembered, because of his main works, which are the result of an unlimited passion since he was 15 years old. This great passion has led him to live and collect almost everything of the "Floydian" world. A special wish, regarding Outside the Wall, which our exhibition could become a traveling exhibition and stop in London, the city that gave birth to the Group.
